Ashley Murray, Barrister, reviews the recent decision and related guidance provided to practitioners by Parker J in relation to the contents of notices of application for committal for breach of orders/undertakings in financial remedy proceedings.
The relevant law and procedure examined in the judgment are set out against the guidance provided by the court in order to more easily identify at a glance the principles highlighted and the approach approved to the completion of such applications and the basis to seeking waiver of any deficiencies found.
