What's cost got to do with it?

Date:29 JUN 2007

A report What's cost got to do with it? The impact of changing court fees on users published by the Ministry of Justice on 28 June 2007 examines the impact of changing court fees on users of civil and family courts in England and Wales. It looks at factors considered when proceeding to court, the relative importance of fees, and provides evidence on the impact of incremental increases in fees on decisions to proceed to court. The report is published at: http://www.justice.gov.uk/publications/research.htm. For further information see August [2007] Fam Law.
