Following the President’s recent Address to the Jersey Family Law Conference, barrister and mediator Laura Vickers considers the practical steps those working in the family justice system can take to help to implement the recommendations of the Family Solutions Group.  Speaking from her own experience, Laura looks at the existing procedural framework and reflects upon ways in which, using the tools at our disposal, we can work together to both improve access to support for separated families and begin to divert more cases away from the court system.
