Sir Mark Potter returns to Fountain Court

Fountain Court chambers are delighted to announce that Sir Mark Potter, who retired as President of the Family Division at the end of last month, following a judicial career as a judge of the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal, will rejoin chambers on 1 May 2010. He will be accepting appointments as an arbitrator.
