New Ancillary Relief Forms E and P - PDFs attached

The Family Proceedings (Amendment)(No 5) Rules 2005 (SI 2005/2922) (see December [2005] Fam Law p 1012) introduce a completely new Form E and new P Forms (see the Forms P and an article on the revised pension regime by David Salter in December [2005] Fam Law at p 977). The new forms apply to applications for ancillary relief issued on or after 5 December 2005. For transitional purposes if Form A is used its filing with the court will constitute commencement. The new Forms are attached below.
