London Family Courts

A consultation paper HMCS London Region Proposals for a Network of Family Courts Centres (CP 16/06) was published in July 2006 and invited comments on where family cases at county court and at magistrates' court level should be heard within London. The consultation detailed proposals for developing a network of Family Courts Centres in the London Region. A summary of responses was published by the Department for Constitutional Affairs at the end of December 2006. For the full news story see February [2007] Fam Law.
