On 4 and 5 June 2015, the Legal Aid Agency is trialling a new way of engaging with providers.

The new approach is being piloted in Nottingham and Leeds with an interactive and practical focus on topics that are useful in day-to-day work.

Event sessions have been planned for both civil and crime providers. You can register for either event or both. (Booking links are provided below.)

The civil session will cover:
  • the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) – teams will be available before and after the main presentations to explain training materials and answer questions, covering all aspects of the process.
  • There will also be workshops on a number of areas, including tips for submitting:
    • applications;
    • certificated claims; and
    • escape cases.
