An article examining the current legal position on international service of documents in family law proceedings and how this will be impacted post-Brexit, on a deal or no deal basis, from 1 January 2021 onwards. Looks at the EU Service Regulations currently in place during the implementation period, the likely need to rely on the Hague Convention for Service 1965 in the event of a no deal Brexit, and what this means for family law practitioners going forwards.
