Following on from previous materials made available for separating families, the Ministry of Justice has this week published further information for use in the public domain concerning family mediation and support for families during the separation process.
With original publications on the subject of mediation commencing in June 2014, the MoJ’s most recent material (published 4 January 2016) consists of a leaflet explaining clearly and concisely what mediation is, its benefits, what the general mediation procedure is, and how to go about contacting a mediator should the necessity arise.
The new leaflet works in conjunction with the previous resources made available by the MoJ in order to provide crucial information and support to couples and families undergoing a separation, and is available to view and download
here. The rest of the publications are available to view on the MoJ's
website.
