The trajectory of gender affirming care for children and young people in the UK has significantly altered in the past four years, with interventions under scrutiny and, in some instances, curtailed completely. This article will examine how the Family Courts have grappled with this changing landscape and whether these cases have had any fundamental effect on already-existing legal principles.
