Family Procedure Rule Committee open meeting

The Family Procedure Rule Committee is holding an open meeting on 1 February 2010 in central London from 10am to 1.30pm.

Guests will be observers only and will not be able to take part in the committee's business or contribute to items on the agenda. However, there will be an opportunity at the end for guests to ask the committee questions that they have submitted in advance.

A full agenda, accompanying papers and further details will be sent out before the meeting.

Accommodation is limited so prospective guests are being asked to complete a short application form, available on request from Judith Evers (Judith.evers@hmcourts-service.gsi.gov.uk).

The deadline for applications to attend is 4 December 2009.
