Family Law firms win at the LexisNexis Legal Awards 2022

Family law practitioners have been recognised by the judges of the LexisNexis Legal Awards, held on Wednesday 30 March, at the Grosvenor House Hotel Park Lane.

The Awards recognise the finest achievements and talents of remarkable individuals and teams across the entire legal sector. The Bar, legal practice, in-house counsel, academia and legal journalism are all recognised, as is contribution to the promotion, growth and value of the sector. The LexisNexis Legal Awards bring more than 400 people together across every corner of the legal community at an unmissable event. This year's event sold out a couple of weeks before it took place.

The Divorce Surgery won the Award for Customer Focus, with the judges saying: "The winner stood out as an exceptional application in a strong shortlist.  Customer care has clearly driven both the development of an exciting and innovative market model and its day to day delivery."

Shoosmiths were also winners in the category of Wellbeing. The judges said that: "Shoosmiths stood out for their holistic approach, which reaches across the full spectrum of wellbeing - physical, mental, financial, social and community. Their commitment to policy change with dependant leave, fertility, and baby loss policies introduced recently is commendable."
