The Council of Europe European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) has adopted a series of concrete tools to help Member States to develop the use of mediation in areas

mediation development toolkit is aimed at evolving and adapting to different national contexts, and will be progressively completed with the addition new tools.
