The focus of this article is on the parameters of orders under s 91(14) of the Children Act 1989. The making of such orders requires strict adherence to the relevant legislative provisions which are set out in detail within the article. Whilst covering the legislative basis for such orders, the article offers practical tips for practitioners working within Children Act proceedings. The article is particularly topical considering the increasing prevalence of s 91(14) orders in modern practice.
