AI-generated images are most certainly on the horizon, but are judges, lawyers and parents alike ready to deal with this fast-moving tech? More to the point, how could AI-generated evidence be deployed in court? Whilst courts are no strangers to fabricated documents or evidence of course, the easily-accessible nature of artificial intelligence means that virtually any parent can generate falsified material if they so wish.
