What is your position and what you do on a day-to-day basis?
I am an Associate Legal Executive working in our Family Department. I represent parents and grandparents involved in care proceedings or going through separation and contact disputes. I specialise in supporting victims of domestic abuse.
How long have you been in this role and what brought you here?
I have been working in this role for almost 20 years having decided whilst studying at College that I wanted to work in this area of law.
What are the people you work for/with like? Any memorable stories?
I work with a great team of people which makes the job all the more enjoyable. There are lots of memorable stories but probably none that I should repeat here!
What is the best and worst part of the day for you?
The best part of the day is when you know that you have made a difference and really helped change someone’s live for the better. The worst is having to do up your post at the end of the day.
