The Family Law Awards were launched in May and since then Jordan Publishing has received lots of nominations for family law practitioners, firms and chambers.
Nominations can be submitted for free via the Family Law Awards website. There are eight awards in total:
If you haven't already nominated your organisation or a colleague, here are just a few of the reasons why you should:
Good Publicity & PR
If your organisation wins an award or is shortlisted, it can use this to promote its expertise to prospective clients. All those shortlisted for the Awards will receive a graphic badge to display on their websites and elsewhere in addition to being mentioned in the Family Law journal and on Newswatch website.
Shortlisted nominees will also benefit from publicity on the Family Law Awards website until the next year's event including photos from the ceremony. The website is designed to appear prominently in internet search results, providing winners and shortlisted nominees with greater profile.
Staff Motivation
The Family Law Awards are a great way for your staff to gain recognition for the work they've done and feel proud to be part of a successful organisation. Having your organisation recognised by an external body also helps to retain existing staff and encourages prospective employees to apply.
Competitive Edge
As competition in the legal market intensifies ahead of Alternative Business Structures being introduced in October, the Family Law Awards provide practitioners with the opportunity to stand out as being the best in their field.
A Fun Evening
The Awards' ceremony will be hosted by a well known comedy writer and is set to be an entertaining evening. The event will be a fun office night out for firms or chambers who want to come and support their organisation and colleagues in the pleasant surroundings of the Hilton on Park Lane.
