Mishcon de Reya announces new Family partner

Mishcon de Reya has announced the election of family law practitioner, Melissa Lesson to the partnership.

Melissa joined Mishcon de Reya in 2000, contributing her training as a barrister to the Firm's successful Family practice. She advises on separation and divorce, jurisdictional disputes and enforcement, ancillary relief and specialises in particularly complex, multi-jurisdictional cases involving significant assets.

Melissa graduated in 1997 in Law with French Law (LLB) from University College London along with a Diplme d'Etudes Juridiques from Universit de Paris II: Panthon-Assas. Last year she was selected as runner up in the Spears Wealth Management Future Lawyer of the Year Award and was shortlisted in the Women of the Future Awards in The Professions Woman of the Future Category.

This is one of two new promotions to the partnership at Mishcon de Reya and brings the total number of partners in the Firm to 57.
