Tony Roe

Tony Roe is a highly experienced family law solicitor. Qualifying in 1990, in his thirty years of practicing family law Tony has run a department and led a well-respected firm.

Now having joined Foster Harrington as head of family law, Tony continues to offer high quality tailored family law services to clients with complex needs.

Tony has been published and/or quoted in newspapers including The Financial Times, The Times, Daily Express, the i Newspaper (Independent). He is also sought after by legal journals and has appeared in Family Law, Family Law Journal, Solicitors’ Journal and Law Society Gazette. In addition, being media trained by the Law Society and Resolution, he has appeared on television and radio giving expert comment on family law issues.

Tony was shortlisted by LexisNexis Family Law in 2015, 2016 and 2018 as Family Law Commentator of the Year.
