Sarah Birch is a Clinical Psychologist who has been working as an expert witness in child proceedings cases for the last eight years. She has a particular interest in cases of non-accidental injury to children and failure to thrive. She also worked in the NHS in a forensic service for women until 2012, and she is experienced in working with people who have attracted a diagnosis of personality disorder and with people who have a diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She is currently training in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and has previously been in training as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist.
