Richard has been specialising in construction industry matters for more than 25 years and has acted on major projects with national significance. He was a partner from 1989 to 2009.
His work includes property development and infrastructure transactions, PFI and dispute resolution.
His major deals include the Trafford Regional Shopping Centre, the re-provisioning of Mental Health Services in Leeds and the relocation of the Met Office from Bracknell to Exeter.
Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators and in 1998 he published the UK's first comprehensive guide to the drafting of construction documentation, the third edition of which was published at the end of 2002.
