Rachael graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2011. She worked at Aberdeen Sheriff Court gaining experience in Civil Law before beginning her traineeship in April 2013. She became a fully qualified Solicitor in April 2015, an Associate in 2020, and is based in our Aberdeen office.
An accredited specialist in family law, Rachael undertakes work in all areas of family law, including financial provision on divorce cases, child law matters, the preparation of pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation issues. She is trained as a collaborative family lawyer and is an effective negotiator. She regularly appears in court and has experience of instructing counsel in Court of Session actions.
