Phillipa Daniels

Philippa practices in all aspects of property work, personal and corporate insolvency, and general chancery litigation. She has advised on issues as diverse as the insolvency of an Isle of Man Bank, and the consequences of the Government’s retrospective revision of the Solar Energy feed in tariff. She is particularly interested in knotty questions of law and difficult questions of the interpretation and construction of documents.
