Lucy represents parents in public law care proceedings, often where there are complex allegations of domestic violence, drug abuse and neglect or international aspects to the case. She has experience of working with clients with learning difficulties. Lucy also represents parents in private law cases where there are issues of residence and contact. Lucy can represent victims of domestic violence who require emergency injunctions. She can also advise on divorce, civil partnership dissolution and financial disputes stemming from relationship breakdowns for married and cohabiting couples.
