Katharine deals with cases across the whole spectrum of family work including divorce, financial claims, cohabitation and children matters. She has particular experience in cases with very complex international or financial issues, including those involving offshore assets and trusts. Many of Katharine's clients are in the public eye and she works closely with the firm's Reputation Management team. Katharine also advises clients in connection with contested children matters and drafts pre and post-nuptial or civil partnership agreements and cohabitation agreements.
