Jan Luba QC is a Circuit Judge. He sits at the Royal Courts of Justice in the County Court for Central London. He was formerly a barrister practising from Garden Court Chambers in London. He was called to the Bar in 1980 and in 2000 was made a Queen’s Counsel and Recorder (part-time judge). He is a Bencher of the Middle Temple. He has specialised in housing law with particular emphasis on housing management law, homelessness, allocation of social housing and housing conditions.
