Partner
Gillian is a partner in the family law team. She moved her practice to the Guildford office in 2019, having been based in the City office since joining Penningtons Manches in 2013 from a central London firm. She advises on all areas of domestic and international family law and has an extensive international practice. Gillian is the immediate past chair to the Family Law Committee of the International Bar Association, a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, and a member of Resolution. She is also chair of the Penningtons Manches Charitable Foundation, which she established in 2017.
